The successful Oracle DBA will have a proven track record as an Oracle DBA in previous permanent roles, and possess excellent technical knowledge including being comfortable with configuration, corrections, administration, and managed services.

Familiarity with 11G as a minimum is essential, with 12C, RAC, and OEM 13 all beneficial but not pre-requisite, and the firm will provide excellent training to further develop your skills.
