Job Description

My client is a global and reputable consulting and technology firm, passionate about developing key business and technological insights to solve their clients’ most complex problems. Due to on-going and rapid growth, they are looking to hire a seasoned Analytics and Business Delivery Partner to lead their CPG & Retail division US-wide.Â


The successful individual will be a “Rain Makerâ€, managing, leading and growing cold and warm accounts, leading them into being profitable and long-term relationships.  You will be an expert in knowledge management, engagement delivery, strategy development and implementation, business planning, onboarding and relationship/account management.  Although there are existing relationships, your ability to drive sales and revenue will be crucial toward becoming successful in this role. Having has a sales quota/billable target of $2 million (min.) p/a is required.

Exposure to having driven accounts with FTS 100 retail and CPG brands will be valuable as well as working within a matrix-type organization. Although you will be working for a major global company, this business division is relatively new, but equally the fastest growing division. The need for an individual who is comfortable within a fast paced environment and who relishes in building relationships is a necessity.Â

This is a hands-on role, in regards to being actively involved in visiting client sites and taking responsibility for driving the growth and success of accounts. Â From a technology/analytics point of view, you will not be working hands-on technically but you must possess a high-level understanding around selling the value of analytics and promotion this internally and externally.

Required Skills & ExperienceÂ


-18+ years’ experience within practice leadership (ideally of large multi-national team), relationship and account management
-Strong CPG/Retail domain experience and exposure (direct experience championing projects of this nature)
-Big 4 or equivalent experience (10+ years direct management consulting)
-Wide variety of analytics and business consulting experience (AI and digital also of interest)
-Able to commit to 80% travel across North America
