Role: Payroll SME

Contract Length: 6 -8 weeks initially.

Day Rate:£450 - £650

IR35: TBC

Location: UK - Remote (US Hours)

Job Description

• Function as an end-to-end Payroll expert that can provide advisory/consultative insights and structure to the client as we design the future state for payroll processes, policies, operating procedures, and improvement initiatives required to address current state gaps and deficiencies
• Possess the Payroll Domain Expertise in the following areas including, but not limited to:
  • Payroll data input and setup
  • Bank/Direct deposit details setup and changes
  • Time & attendance data setup and processing
  • Manage and update payments, earnings and allowances
  • Manage and update deductions and adjustments
  • Submit zero to gross payroll to provider for processing
• Define target operating model for tasks, processes, and organization to be transitioned into an HR Shared Services Center
• Possess payroll experience for large and mid-size companies that contain multiple sites and over 5000+ total employees
