Mission :

• Responsible for the delivery and success of our Omnichannel program
• Responsible for the PMO organization of the OMS implementation
• Coordination of IT teams and resources allocations to identify the dependencies with the OMS implementation
• Coordination of the program with the global business Omnichannel team (Business Owner, Project Manager and Product Owner) to develop achievable roadmaps and success criteria

The OMS & Omnichannel IT PMO is responsible to drive the roadmap of the OMS implementation project in order to achieve the group strategy on Omnichannel activities, will be the point person for the Omnichannel business team to discuss, organize projects delivery and raise concerns on this scope of work. He will have direct access to all members of the IS department necessary to achieve the roadmap, in particular the Retail, Digital (Ecom) and Supply-Chain activity streams and well as the Architecture team.

Experience:

• Experience: 8+ years of work experience on PMO and Program Management. Relevant experience on OMS implementation.
• Technology: good knowledge of e-commerce, Retail, Supply Chain and API solutions. JIRA, Confluence, MSProject, Office365
• Skills: Project Management, Agile Methodology (SAFe inspiration)
• Languages: Fluent in French & English
