£80,000-£95,000 + bonus+ benefits

Hybrid, based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, UK

We are looking for someone highly motivated looking for the next challenge This is an opportunity to develop your career in a fast-growing global pharmaceutical company, working closely with the EMEA DPO, while taking part in their digital transformation, with new initiative and tools, mobile apps and AI.

Responsibilities:

• Support the EMEA DPO to implement enhanced processes and automation for privacy.
• Inform educate and advise the business and departments on their obligations for assigned compliance areas
• Support and carry out privacy impact assessments for assigned compliance areas of responsibility
• Review contracts related to data protection matters
• International transfers and transfer mechanisms
• Privacy inventories and data flow mapping

Requirements:

• 5+ PQE
• UK qualified lawyer
• In-house experience
• Previous Pharmaceutical experience desired
