Contract opportunity: Product Director - Remote based - 12 months - £900-1000 per day - inside IR35

Role Description:
- Put the customer first in product and service delivery, working closely with CX service design leads to implement customer-centric approaches into products and services
- Create/contribute to a product strategy
- Translate the strategy and business plan into execution by identifying major product needs; prioritising initiatives for execution and securing senior stakeholder and ExCo support for medium-term product roadmap. Represent Product & Service delivery in divisional planning and decision-making forums
- Co-ordinate delivery of major product (digital and non-digital) initiatives, in particular those that require cross-Division implementation and/or are foundational capabilities. Act as SRO accountable for delivery of relevant policy and product implementations
- Work closely with CIO, CTO and IT Directors to identify how improvements in Technology can improve the customer experience and accelerate product and service delivery
- Act as a co-ordination point for Product Owners
- Uphold best practices in product and service delivery, reducing duplication and continually improving how we work
