A leading company in the Health Care Industry are urgently looking for a Program Delivery Lead. This company who have offices in over 100 countries, dominate their industry.

You will be tasked with establishing and managing a Project Management Office and leading Digital and Transformation Programs. You will also be responsible for setting up a strategy for project management.

Location: Sussex
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 + car allowance, bonus, long-term incentives, and discounted shares

Your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and managing a project management office.
- Providing mentoring and support to both direct reporting and embedded project managers across the business.
- Be responsible for board level reporting, project sponsor support and liaison with project approval/project review boards as defined.
- The development of program/project approach and plans.
- Working closely with project managers to plan & develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget and timing for new initiatives.
- Promoting the use of new technologies, processes and methodologies to foster innovative digital solutions.

You will be required to have:
- Proven experience of stakeholder management at all levels.
- Experience of managing portfolios and programs.
- A minimum of 3 years experience of leading cross functional teams.
- Experience with budget management.
- Strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications required:
- Scrum Master (CSM.)
- Prince 2 Practitioner.
- Managing Successful Programs (MSP.)
- An undergraduate degree.
