This exciting pre-IPO Cyber Security vendor provides continuous, automated threat surveillance to proactively expose hidden and unknown cyber attackers within the network. Utilising data science, machine learning and behavioural analysis, within data that it is impossible for attackers to avoid, they seek out the threat behaviours to detect hidden attacks in progress.
Following its creation in the USA, the business has gone from strength to strength, with the UK being a key market within its current and future growth plans. The successful applicant will join a strong team of sales professionals and partner with the business' world class sales engineering team, owning the end to end sales cycle.
Reporting into the UK / Ireland Country Manager you will join the field sales team as a regional sales manager of the North, owning all revenue within this territory, and playing an integral part in the region's strategic road map.
-Identify, cultivate and close new business with enterprise accounts at an executive level (CISO, CIO, CTO).
-Disciplined approach to pipeline development through leveraging marketing, channel partners, customers, sales development team and your own organic prospects.
-Develop an overall account strategy to aid team based selling efforts.
-Partner with sales engineers to deliver product demonstrations and POCs.
-Build strong partnerships with existing customers to maximise renewal rates, customer retention and expansion.
-Effectively forecast revenue.
-Strategic management of existing channel partners and development of new channels partners.
Salary/OTE - £65,000 - 80,000 basic (OTE double) + £7,500 car allowance
Base location - Anywhere in the UK (with travel to client sites)
Duration - Permanent
-Min of 3 years enterprise sales experience (5 years ideal), selling into FTSE 250 and accounts over 10,000 users.
-Solid cyber domain experience, preferably at a vendor.
-Good channel experience, but not as a channel manager, working well with SIs, MSSPs and VARs.
-Experience managing and closing deals of £200k, as well as high value transactions above £1m.
-Strong presentation and communication skills, translating technical features into business values.
-Able to demo products, working independently from sales engineers.
