Reporting Lead - London - 3 months

Job Description
*Lead the project work stream to develop core CRM dashboards & reports, employing Salesforce & Industry best practices
*Work with the business to understand strategic requirements of reporting today and the future. Ensuring system design for reporting is scalable with minimum future cost.
*Determine overarching data strategy & reporting priorities; what to look at daily, weekly and monthly and build out dashboards for all stakeholders
*Challenge the need for any existing reports with the aim of reducing and combining reports
*Project management of reporting deliverables with support from MI & BI teams.
*Ensuring data from systems provide end users insight in efficient and effective way.
*Support data analytics / business intelligence needs associated with an enterprise implementation of Salesforce/NAV
*Review and determine appropriate data sources for relevant reporting, whether Salesforce, NAV or data warehouse to avoid duplication or inconsistencies
*Identify, Design and Implement e2e sales process metrics (lead to opportunity to quote to close to order through fulfilment)
*Support continuous improvement reporting and analytics needs, as well as, the production of all management reports and service metrics.
*Ensure appropriate scope and level of data, reports and dashboards are configured per functional team ready for go live

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Proven experience of interpreting user requirements, analysing reports and generating conclusions and recommendations
Strong Analytical skills with the ability to research data issues and calculation validation
Project Management experience
Strong stakeholder and people management skills
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and stay calm under pressure
Strong communication skills to Exec, Management and Subject Matter Expert levels
