The successful Salesforce Administrator will be expected to have:
oTwo+ years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
oProvide prompt response to end users and solve any issues with Salesforce.
oSolid knowledge on how to use a hands-on approach to technical implementation,
testing and support.
oLead integration with third party applications, and design and implement SFDC training programs for sales teams and other users.
oSupport design and ongoing schema changes to promote and develop business growth.
oUnderstanding of using advanced administration tools such as process builder, flow.
oAdvanced listening, written and oral communication skills.
Not essential but useful if you have got:
oExperience with Lightning.
oExperience with Conga, Docusign or Cirrus.
oSalesforce.com Administrator certification.
oExperience working in the financial industry.
