Job Description

Salesforce Administrator - Global Financial Services - London - Up to £50k

A Global Financial Services establishment is looking to recruit a Salesforce Administrator to grow and defend revenues. You will do this by levering valuable market intelligence, strong client relationships, while keeping the strategy and commercial decisions client focused.

The company were founded over 45+ years ago and is hugely established within the Financial Services sector.

*Continue the maintenance, development, administration, documentation and user training for all Salesforce Systems

*Working with a variety of business units to understand, document and deploy their Salesforce requirements

*The manipulation and preparation of commercial/CRM data to be used in Salesforce and other management reporting tools

*Champion the companies Salesforce strategy


*A real passion for Salesforce

*ADM201 certified is essential

*2 or more years hands on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud

*Evidence of "extra curriculum"/real interest in Salesforce e.g. trailhead badges, attending events/workshops, blogging, etc.

*Being able to take ownership of the role, someone who doesn't need to be micromanaged. E.g. gathering requirements, suggest alternative solutions, push the system forward, chairing own meetings, etc.

*Confident working on large data sets, strong knowledge in excel

*Keen on career progression, due to a high potential of progressing within the following 12 months

*Configuration skills

*Creating reports and dashboards

*Ability to create and manage workflows, validations rules and visualflows

*Setting up user profiles and managing permission settings

*Customising page objects, record types, page layouts and fields

*Can use Data Loader

*Data cleansing experience

*Experience managing large amounts of data

*Excellent communication skills

*Stakeholder management experience

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
