Job Description

Hello, I have a requirement for an experienced Salesforce Administrator,

The requirements are as followed:

Salesforce Admin required for a business based in London. This is a 3+ month contract to start asap.

The successful applicant will support the CRM platform - including administrative changes and business usage. Good Stakeholder management skills are essential for this role.

Experience with migration projects is desireable aswell as exposure to lightning projects.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting approximately 50 internal users on Salesforce across several apps.

Assisting these users realise the benefits of our Salesforce apps, by acting as first line support and helping them adapt their ways of working.

User management, creating and updating reports/dashboards, training users, and troubleshooting their Salesforce issues.

Monitoring and maintaining the Salesforce apps, (data quality and supporting the technical lead on small change releases)

Experience Required:

Salesforce Admin Certification (ADM201 essential - ADM401 useful).

Maintaining a Production system (ideally Salesforce).

Salesforce workflows, process builder, profiles and sharing rules.

Understanding of technical concepts, the ability to discuss these with a development team.

Strong stakeholder engagement - confident in liaising with users (essential)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to challenging timescales.

Experience of using Salesforce's Lightening UI, site and mobile configuration, email to case and email integration (desirable)

A basic understanding of code or pseudocode (desirable)

Knowledge of Financial Services regulation (PSD2) and/or payment services (desirable)

A basic understanding of the use of API technology in the banking sector (desirable)

Experience of working with or within a regulated organisation (desirable)
