Salesforce Administrator:

A new consultancy still in its infancy (less than 2 years old) is seeking a Salesforce Administrator as they look to establish their Salesforce offering across Europe. They've built the foundations of their business from individuals with Big 4 consulting experience and having relationships with director and senior level executives.

As the Salesforce Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for users from their major client in Germany. Whilst providing traditional Salesforce Administration support, you'll also have an impact on the ongoing roll-out, suggesting enhancements for a massive digital transformation programme. You'll be expected to have broad Salesforce product knowledge and an understanding of its related technologies, as well as being able to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.

With offices across Europe, technology expertise across Salesforce, Adobe and SAP Hybris and clientele from the world's largest retailers to high-growth start-ups, this is a unique opportunity to be a key strategic hire for a consultancy who aren't just focused on profit.

Location: London, Belfast or Amsterdam with UK/EU client site travel (likely, initially Germany Monday-Thursday)

Duration: Permanent

Salary: £45,000 - 55,000

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • First line Salesforce support to various departments using Salesforce.
  • Playing a key role in the data migration process, including data cleansing.
  • Suggest continuous improvements and enhancement of Salesforce during roll out.
  • Generate reports and dashboards for senior level management.
  • Provide training to new users.

Suitable candidates will be expected to have:

  • 3+ years Salesforce Administration experience.
  • Salesforce certifications - ideally to Advanced Administrator level.
  • Worked on enterprise level projects.
  • Experience of Agile development, testing and integration.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Worked in the retail sector (highly desirable).
