Salesforce Business Analyst:

A global household name is seeking multiple Salesforce Business Analysts for their 7,000 Salesforce user base, within their sales operations function. As a Salesforce Business Analyst you'll play a key role in maximising sales impact and will be working on multiple workstreams, including the implementation of new Orgs and Einstein.

To be effective in this role, you'll be expected to have a strong understand of Salesforce and end-to-end sales processes. You'll have likely worked in an Agile environment previously and be used to handling multiple user stories at any one time. Note, this role is an out and out Business Analyst position and will involve little to no administration, configuration, development etc.

Under the current circumstances, interviews will be conducted remotely. Upon joining, you'll majoratively work from home, with occasional trips to their Berkshire office.

The successful candidate will be expected to have:

• 3+ years Salesforce experience (other CRM experience will be considered).
• Worked in a Salesforce Sales Cloud environment.
• A strong understanding of sales operations/sales processes.
• Excellent business analyst skills.
• Previously worked in an Agile environment (highly desirable).
• Experience with Einstein or CPQ (highly desirable).

Location: Remote with occasional travel to their Berkshire office

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 +10% bonus +15% pension + 28 days holiday
