Job Description

The responsibilities for this key initiative are but are not limited to:

* Creating and validating measures of success for the change for each phase of the project

* Define and implement a set of recommendations/behaviours for different profiles/roles to follow to help drive efficiency and adoption

* Assess adoption risks and plan mitigation strategies

* Defining and implementing a program level champion strategy

* Defining and implementing a training strategy and conducting certain user training e.g. train the trainer

* Developing a communication plan to prepare users for upcoming changes

* Lead business process workshops to align business groups on new processes This May Include Projects Such As In addition to this key project you will be responsible for tracking any other large projects within the Salesforce and platform team.

* Enhancements to our marketing automation tool

* Enhancements to our e-commerce platform

* Large changes to the Pro Sony website

* Strategic projects across the marketing services teams e.g. process changes

* Enhancements to our Salesforce platform With any project assigned you will be responsible for the following:

* Ensure the project is initiated correctly, engaging the correct stakeholders and all parties understand their role and responsibility within the project

* Align the necessary resources for the project

* Track actions, risks, issues and dependencies

* Communicate updates to stakeholders and project team

* Ensuring the project is on track in terms of timings and budget

* Escalate project issues where required to Head of CRM Qualifications & Experience

* University degree in a related discipline (marketing/business or data science/technical field)

* Experienced in managing change management programmes- minimum 3 years' experience

* Strong business transformation skills with Salesforce

* Change management experience within the technology industry * Experience in managing bespoke solution and product deliveries

* Experience in managing multiple projects at the same time

* A self-starter

* A strategic thinker with broad problem-solving skills

* Good management skills

* Strong communication skills with experience working in a B2B business

* Positive attitude with a willingness to get stuck in * Strong problem solving and influencing skills Additional Qualifications

* Salesforce certifications a plus

* Project management qualifications e.g. PRINCE 2 Key Performance Indicators

* User data accuracy

* Increase in sales efficiency

* Sales pipeline opportunity and forecasting accuracy

* Change control on requests and projects

Project budgets Please note - this is an initial 6 month fixed term contract, with the potential for extension
