Job Description

We have an amazing opportunity for an experience CRM/Marketing Manager to join a market leading client based in London.

As the CRM/Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for CRM strategy and email marketing with development and delivery critical to the business needs. Taking ownership of the customer database as well as managing the end to end email process delivering on all multi-channel objectives and driving the new website.

You will be focused on improving the performance of brand communications, driving revenue growth and maximising profitability.

*Deliver the multichannel CRM strategy to drive usage and loyalty (email, SMS, etc.)
*Develop a comprehensive data-driven CRM programme to improve customer experience and drive customer loyalty
*Use BI to create a great customer digital experience
*Work with the Ecommerce team to personalise the website

Essential Skills and Experience:

*At least 3 years' experience of Salesforce CRM - Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
*Clear and strong communication skills
*Confident in managing stakeholders at all levels
