Salesforce Customer Success Manager

A leading Salesforce ISV Partner are urgently looking for a Salesforce Customer Success Manager.

Their App which has over 12,000 users across over 160 agencies and has continued to go from strength to strength. Due to this success they are looking to take on a Customer Success Manager to help their new customers adopt the system and ensure customer satisfaction.

Their App has gained exceptional reviews and is backed up by a team of 20 staff which includes Consultants and Administrators and other non-technical staff.

Location: London
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £35,652

Your responsibilities will include:
- Owning the relationship with customers, including increasing adoption, ensuring retention and achieving customer satisfaction.
- Identifying and developing opportunities for customers to expand their use of the app.
- Keeping up to date on new Salesforce releases and developments.

You will be required to have:
- Experience of implementing or administering Salesforce.
- Experience with marketing and Sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An ability to communicate effectively with senior staff and decision-makers
- Experience as a Customer Success Manager (desirable.)
