Salesforce Delivery Manager

A Salesforce.org partner, who consult exclusively to non-profits are looking for a Salesforce Delivery Manager. Specialising in grant-management, fundraising and memberships, you'll be transforming technology for charities through the implementation of Salesforce. Whilst fairly embryonic in nature, they already have 100+ clients, ranging from small local charities, to some household names in the non-profit sector.

Main Responsibilities of the role include:

• Managing multiple Salesforce projects concurrently ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget.
• Working with the delivery team to define internal processes and project delivery methods.
• Acting as an Agile expert within the business and upskill team members where necessary.
• Ensuring that team members are working collaboratively and effectively, guiding them through the full project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will be expected to have:

• Delivered multiple Salesforce projects end-to-end.
• Delivered some of these projects using an Agile methodology.
• Excellent communication skills - able to communicate effective with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Previous experience working with non-profits and NPSP (highly desirable).
• Previous experience working in a Salesforce consulting environment (highly desirable).

Role: Salesforce Delivery Manager

Location: Interviews will be conducted remotely, whilst you'll also be expected to work remotely upon joining - their may be the odd client visit or team social but these are no more than 1/quarter.

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + bonus + 28 days holiday + wellness allowance
