Salary: £85-95,000 + benefits & bonus
Location: Central London
-Manage a team of existing Salesforce Developers and Administrators of 6+ with a remit to grow the team further.
-Continue to formalise the engineering structure to build scalable Salesforce solutions on a global scale.
-Have a deep understanding of company goals and projects, prioritising resource and delivering on time and to budget.
-Form strong working relationships with business counterparts and stakeholders to understand their requirements.
-Represent the organisation at industry events and promote their brand.
-Experience working in an environment deploying Salesforce solutions.
-Experience leading, mentoring and building Salesforce development teams.
-Capability delivering mission critical Salesforce projects.
-Familiar with agile methodologies - specific exposure to test driven development.
-Experience working with global organisations across multiple territories.
