Salesforce Sales Operations Manager- Highly ranked as one of the fastest growing companies in the EU.

This business has created a software that allows its retailers and marketers to run Salesforce marketing campaigns through numerous devices, without the complexity and maintenance of IT development. This has captivated the interest of many big retail brands, and is continuing to do so. This opportunity has benefits which include up to a 20% bi annual bonus, 5% matched pension contribution and life assurance.

What makes this opportunity so exciting, is that due to this company's rapid growth, there has become a need for an individual to work with the expanding sales team to manage Sale Operations. This role best suits someone that really wants to become an integral part of the team; supporting 40 people with Salesforce. This means that on a day to day basis your role will be varied, interesting, and will enable you to get a handle on, and implement both the practical and technical elements of Salesforce.

Salary- £50- 60K plus up to 20% bonus

The Role:
*Analyse sales figures regularly to understand trends and highlight what needs to be
*; Implementing Salesforce best practises.
*Supporting sales execution through building appropriate functionality in Salesforce.
*Accurately capturing marketing lead data in Salesforce.
*Excellent ability to produce Dashboards and Reporting.
*Analyse data collection and reporting.
*Compensation and quota review & management.

*Excellent financial and commercial knowledge along with Salesforce capability.
*Hands on and willing to get your hands dirty with the technical demands of the role.
*High level of commitment; being able to work extended hours if needed.
*Technically good with Salesforce.
*Intelligent and amibitious.
*Excellent Excel spreadsheet skills.
