Salesforce Support Manager:

A global medical device company is seeking a Salesforce Support Manager as they look to bring the majority of their Salesforce resources in house and build a Salesforce centre of excellence. They have 1200 users globally and are currently leveraging Sales Cloud, CPQ, Herkou and Pardot amongst other Salesforce products.

You'll be joining an existing Salesforce team of 7 and will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of Salesforce. You'll be the first point of contact for the Salesforce user base and will be responsible for escalating tickets to appropriate members of the team. As well as managing the support function, you'll also be involved in administering Salesforce and contributing on business critical projects.

Under the current circumstances, interviews will be conducted remotely. Upon joining, you'll majoratively work from home, with occasional trips to their Bedfordshire office.

The successful candidate will be expected to have:

• 3+ years Salesforce experience.
• Strong Sales Cloud knowledge - previous experience working in a sales and marketing environment.
• Excellent communication skills - able to liaise with stakeholders and external partners.
• Strong technical Salesforce knowledge - able to administer and configure Salesforce.
• Exposure to niche product tools such as CPQ, Pardot and Heroku (desirable).
• Salesforce certifications (highly desirable)

Role: Salesforce Support Manager

Location: Remote with occasional travel to Bedfordshire

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 +10% bonus
