Currently searching for a Payroll expert with deep knowledge of German Payroll, details as follows:

Role: SAP HR Payroll Expert Germany

Start: ASAP

Duration: 3 months initial

Location: Remote working

Rates: €800 - €1200 per day all inclusive

Languages: Project language is English but will require an understanding of the German language

Roles and responsibilities:

• Be an expert as part of the German Payroll Program Team
• Adopt German Payroll and supports local payroll team
• Main mission is to get payroll requirements as described for the development for Germany within the Global Payroll Program
• Act as an expert and advisor in German Payroll harmonisation topics
• Supports in overall payroll transformation project, main focus on design-could evolve towards supporting change, training, testing preparation

The customer is implementing a HR Transformation in Europe to deliver the best Employee and Customer Experience. This transformation contains:

• Introduction of a new employee-centric HR operating model
• Implementation of myHR - Workday- as a single interconnected HRIS solution
• Implementation of Global Payroll
