Security Technical Account Manager / TAM - Managed Security, Technical Management, Client Management, SLA's, Incident Management, Revenue Generation, Customer Success - FULLY REMOTE, ASAP Start

An experienced Security focused TAM is required to join one of the most exciting start-up managed security services companies in the world, that has recently gone through a huge round of investment, trebling in size in less than 12 months.

A FULLY REMOTE Security Technical Account Manager will be expected to grow the TAM function across the US and will work with customers and clients to ensure they're receiving the best possible service form their Managed Security Services contract.

TAM will be assigned to a number of strategic accounts and be expected to offer guidance around their security strategy and how different service offerings can help them achieve their goals. This position will require you to come from a technical background and still have a firm grasp of the tools used within the security operations center. This position will oversee and manage any major incidents that occur, keeping the clients up to date with what clients have been taken to remediate any threats.

Also, this position will work with customers to ensure SLA's are being met and potentially focus on renewals and upselling to customers where possible. This is a client facing position however with improvements in tech and communication you will NOT be required to visit client site unless for major incident or client renewals.

For this FULLY REMOTE position, you must be a world-class problem-solver with the ability to handle challenges under pressure.
