Our client is a boutique Oracle consultancy with client across UK and Europe.

The purpose of the role is to provide innovative solutions to their clients' business needs by delivering and assisting in managing all stages of a customer project including demonstrations, design, development and implementation of the Oracle applications in which they specialise.

Responsibilities of Senior Business Application Support

• Providing implementation, enhancement and support of Oracle application based solutions
• Performing a senior technical role, guiding Consultants and client personnel on best-practice techniques
• Leading solution designs, describing how the Oracle application, or a module of the Oracle application, fits in to the rest of the architecture
• Identifying where Packaged Software design decisions can have wider impacts, and raising those to client

Experience required for Senior Business Application Support

• CRM domain expertise in Service Cloud (formerly RightNow) or alternatively other technologies such as Siebel, Salesforce, CRM on Demand, ServiceNow or Zen Desk and willing to retrain
• Demonstrable experience of successfully assisting in managing a project end-to-end preferably in a consultancy setting

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Senior role
• Experience in the Service Automation process area
• PHP, JavaScript, CSS and HTML experience desirable

Salary £55-85k Depending on experience
