Mission:

Create and nourish a true Data culture within the team

Lead Quarterly Performance Meetings, working with internal and external partners to identify topics, organize agenda, presentation and share outs, as well as follow-ups

Animation of the broader analytics community, in partnership with expertise Product Manager and corporate teams

Regularly communicate monthly dashboards to the team and others throughout the organization (including senior management), sharing key learnings & building the storytelling

Deliver Analysis and insights

Support team in providing useful insights, answer business questions to help build better products and improve user experience on the website and cross-touchpoint journeys when applicable

Support and guide reporting on post-launch features analysis, comparing with business cases to ensure we meet identified goals, and provide ROI analysis whenever possible

Work with analytics agency to pull data

Identify and hire outside vendors for benchmarks, insights, studies

Research, plan, and iteratively develop dashboards and data visualizations, including connecting online to offline touchpoints, layering data sources to define the full digital client journey

UX research support

Analyze consumer behavior onsite and conduct usability testing to form data-driven insights, addressing discovery and conversion pain points and opportunities onsite

Work with UX designer and PM to turn these insights into actionable tests, defining KPIs for success and developing results reporting, helping develop the UX research roadmap

A solid understanding of business strategy and an ability to connect it with digital data analysis and business intelligence

Strong skills at 'connecting the dots, excellent attention to details while being able to see the big picture

Abilities in managing several topics in parallel, with different stakeholders involved.

A great collaborative and team spirit and strong interpersonal and influencing skills to enable you to reach out to peers and to build a strong community within the multiple partners in the company

A proven expertise in benchmarking to be able to identify the best practices of the other companies, to analyze, adapt, implement and improve them within a specific business context

Professional digital networks outside the brand to learn from and to bring new ideas in

Requirements

~7 years' experience in a related field

Proficiency in Google Analytics, experience with Content Square a plus

Experience with Data visualization tools a plus (GA Data Studio, Power BI)

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Big query & SQL experience a plus

Experience with AB testing tools

Fluency in English and French
