Senior Delivery Manager

I'm currently recruiting for a Senior Delivery Manager to join a client of mine on an initial contract till the end of the year. This role will be paying £800 per day inside IR35.

As a Senior Service Delivery Manager your main responsibilities would be to:
* Working with delivery teams to agree service acceptance criteria and smoothly transition projects into service
* Act as the gatekeeper for production service on all production changes
* Ensuring appropriate usage and maintenance of path to live environments
* Managing regular patching/system upgrades with appropriate testing
* Facilitating technical resolution & business communication for all critical issues
* Ensure appropriate use of Role Based Access Control with relevant business owners
* Monitoring capacity & licence consumption
* Ensuring any escalations or complaints are effectively managed
* Working with business change teams to ensure service management processes are understood

Essential:
* Experience of running and maintain Oracle Fusion and Legacy systems
* Understanding of ERP functional processes
* Excellent interpersonal, relationship & communication skills
* Ability to articulate technical issues to business stakeholders
* A proven track record of being proactive, driving initiatives and talking personal ownership
* ITSM toolset experience

Desirable:
* Experience of implementing & working with ITIL processes
* ITIL v3/4 Foundation Certification (Intermediate level or above preferred)
* Experience of Agile working (Certification preferred)
