Senior Genesys Cloud Engineer - 3 months initial - Outside IR35 - Remote

Our major client is currently looking for a Senior Genesys Cloud Engineer to join them on an initial 3 months, Outside IR35 contract. This is a remote opportunity and paying market rate.

The role responsibilities:

• Design, staging, configuration, implementation and support of IVR/ACD scripts and dialler campaigns.
• Serves as resident expert for Genesys Cloud capabilities and changes by evaluating/validating work requests, documenting requirements and laying out design artefacts for implementation
• Provides day-to-day support, proactive maintenance and performs independent complex IVR system and dialler troubleshooting and perform root-cause analysis
• Assist the Telecom and other infrastructure teams in planning, design, tasks and projects as needed

Skill-set Required:

• Experience administrating and supporting Genesys Cloud
• Telephony background and thorough understanding of SIP, VoIP and QoS.
• 5+ years of practical, hands-on experience maintaining large (250 agents plus), multi-site, complex contact centre environments
• Experience with delivery of architect flows, Scripts, IVR/ACD Attendant Scripts
• Experience with Automating dialler campaigns
• Experience with contact centre technologies (e.g., ACD, dialler, call recordings, WFM etc.)
• Understanding of supporting technologies such as remote and virtual desktop management, VoIP, storage, backup, web, middleware, database, Active Directory, and other technologies needed to operate customer contact centres
• Well versed with omni-channel technologies
• Extensive experience in MS systems
