Senior Information Security Consultant

I'm currently working with a leading provider of consulting services that are looking to bring in a new consultant to join their already rapidly expanding business to help their clients with any cyber related risks. This role involves working closely with a diverse range of experts from many different areas both geographically and professionally.

They are looking for cyber risk, strategy, and transformation professionals whose background includes working with security technologies, solutions, platforms and networking, performing risk assessments and project management. This role requires the successful candidate to draw from a multitude of different areas within InfoSec and Cyber security as a whole.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising external organisations and clients on the best cybersecurity solutions for them, based on the threats and risks that they face.
• Building and developing long-term relationships with senior cyber professionals externally and internally.
• Managing and delivering a number of cyber-related projects across the business, managing people effectively on client engagements and working seamlessly and collaboratively with stakeholders from all areas.
• Using specific knowledge of Information Security frameworks such as ISO27001 & NIST to aid clients with any Security related requirements.

Key Requirements:

• A broad range of cyber experience, including certifications and frameworks (such as ISO27001, NIST & SOC2), vulnerability management, identity and access management, PCI DSS and Cyber Essentials.
• Strong management, leadership, and motivational skills to get the best out of those around you.
• Commercial awareness and business acumen, specifically a good understanding of cyber risks to both business processes and supporting technology.

Location: London/Hybrid

Salary: £50-60k
