Job Description
My client are looking for a Senior Privacy Counsel for an initial 6 month contract opportunity to start ASAP.
IR35 Status: Outside IR35
Rate: Negotiable
Length: Initial 6 Months - Extension
Location: Can be fully remote / Dublin / London
Requirements:
- 5+ Years PQE
- Previous law firm experience and some in-house experience substantively working on Privacy
- Strong experience with DPIAs, negotiating agreements
- Good experience with commercial contracts
- Product counselling and commercial contracting in respect to DPAs
