Senior Salesforce Administrator

A FinTech start-up looking to disrupt the financial planning market are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator. They are 2-3 years into their Salesforce journey and are currently leveraging Sales and Financial Services Cloud, as well as Heroku, AWS and Pardot - they also plan to implement Service Cloud in the near future. They are in the midst of automating a number of their processes and creating a world class customer experience.

As the Senior Salesforce Administrator, you'll play a key role in the process automation, as well as working closely with stakeholders to define further enhancements. Opportunities are endless in this position! You can be supported to move into a more development focussed position, or you can explore people management should you so wish. This organisation suits individuals who are ambitious, self-sufficient and up for a challenge!

In an ideal world, you'll be able to work from their London office 1/week, however they are open to considering applications from further afield.

The successful candidate will be expected to have:

• 2+ years Salesforce administration experience.
• A broad understanding of the Salesforce product suite.
• Implemented end-to-end new processes leveraging Salesforce.
• Light development skills (highly desirable).
• A background in financial services (highly desirable).

Role: Senior Salesforce Administrator

Location: 1/week in London

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + bonus + shares
