I'm currently working with a Cyber Security company who are interested in bringing in a Senior SOC Analyst to strengthen their Cyber Defence capability. You will be responsible for protecting the security systems of their growing client base and resilience against any compromised systems. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and perform analysis of events of interest in the client's environments.
• Working with some of the best EDR technologies such as Crowdstrike and Sophos to monitor threats that have intruded a company's defence.
• Lead the potential threat response and management of security incidents and specifying security controls and mitigation.
• Mentor and develop the skill set of the junior team members through complex incident response investigations.

Key Requirements

• Extensive experience working within a SOC using a number of SIEM tools including Splunk.
• Knowledge of various Incident Response techniques and procedures.
• Prior experience working within a cloud based SOC environment.
• The ability to mentor and lead more junior analysts through multiple complex investigations.

Location - Oxford

Salary - £55,000-£60,000 + Bonus + Benefits
