Job Description

Role: Service Desk Analyst
Location: Remote / Hertfordshire
Length: Initial 1-3-month contract
Rate: £150 per day MAX
IR35 Status: Outside IR35 until April 2021

One of my NHS clients based in Hertfordshire are currently recruiting for multiple Service Desk Analyst's to join them on-site for an initial 1-3-month contract. The successful candidate will be brought in to provide 1st and 2nd line support to the client's customers and staff. This role will include shift work, which may require some out of hours (evenings and weekends) work. Please do not apply if you are not happy to work out of hours.

Skills/experience required:
- Extensive experience as a Service Desk Analyst
- 1st and 2nd line support experience
- Experience of providing support on Microsoft technologies including Windows 10, Active Directory, Office 365 etc…
- Previous NHS experience would be beneficial
