Job Description

Currently I am looking for a Service manager to assist their current IT manager with the companies daily operations.

Start Beginning of January (consultants who can start in February will be considered)
Duration - +- 3 months can be extended
Location - Hasselt Belgium
Required skills -
Strong communication skills, stress tolerant and organised

Medior level Service manager to take over some of the tasks from the IT manager such as:
Daily operations, making sure that tasks are allocated quickly to resolve issues quickly
Following up that tickets that are created are follow through and resolved.
fire fighting
Internal service and problem solving

only English speaking is required
Bonus skills:
Dutch speaking
