I'm currently working with one of the UKs most advanced MDRs looking for a SOC Analyst looking to help build out their cyber security capability. They are looking for someone with a genuine passion for the cyber security industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UKs most successful Information Security firms.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and investigating security events received from customer's IT estates in order to detect potential attacks
• Identifying suspicious and abnormal activities, taking appropriate action in a timely manner
• Performing log analysis
• Escalating events to Senior SOC Analysts

Requirements:

• Experience having worked within a SOC is essential
• You must be eligible for SC clearance
• Understanding of IDS/IPS
• Experience using SIEM tools e.g Splunk
