Role: Workday Functional lead

Start: April 2022

Duration: 15 month contract (July 2023)

Location: Spain/remote - can be fully remote

Rates: €550 - €650 per day all inclusive

Languages: Fluent Spanish essential

The successful candidate

• At least 3+ years of experience, but preferably more
• The experience of at least one full initial Workday implementation (so know the methodology from practical perspective)
• Ability to take the lead and has a hands on mentality.
• Can act in a political, high demanding environment with some pressure at certain moments in the project
• (Previous) Workday Certified and experience in HCM Core and at least two other modules (Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Expenses, Absence & Time Tracking). Complementary is a plus
• Knowledge of local rules and regulations in relation to HR (and Payroll) is a plus

Day-to-day tasks

• Link-pin between Local HR, Global Team and Workday (implementation partner)
• Read the global design and help optimise (be active in the design Workshops)
• Support and advise local HR team
• Bring Workday knowledge and project experience to local team and translate local requirements in to Workday
• Lead discussions with local team, global team and Workday
• Prepare testing (Scenarios) and support testing
• Prepare and conduct training
• Support during deploy and at post go-live
