A multinational corporation are searching for a new SuccessFactors specialist to help provide support and deliver the implementation of their brand new HRIS system.
The business is looking for a suitable applicant that will oversee the Success factors implementation from early stages until finish. This means they will be directly working alongside the implementation partner and technical side to lead and develop along the process. The successful candidate will have configuration responsibility, particularly employee central. Once SuccessFactors has been firmly established, this role will be responsible for running BAU, alongside future phases of the implementation on a global scale.
-SuccessFactors implementation and configuration including deployment of application
-Post go live Success factors support, upgrades, testing and enhancements
-Work with Key SME across local teams to manage and gather data highlighting risk factors
-Provide administrative support alongside process of implementation
-Produce Project-related presentations and support of SMEs
-Other HRIS project related duties
-2+ years' experience in SuccessFactors (SuccessFactors and SAP employee central)
HRIS experience and HR processes
-Excellent verbal and written communication
-Ability to use initiative and self-motivation to be proactive and resolve any issues that
-Prepared to travel when required
-Salary up to £50, 000 + 25% bonus
-Location Surrey/M4 Corridor
