SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant - Specialist SuccessFactors Consultancy - Flexible Base

A leading SuccessFactors consultancy requires a SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join its SuccessFactors implementation team.

If successful you will work onsite with a multitude of blue-chip clients to understand and analyse their needs to then implement and develop their SuccessFactors designs.

The company serves some of the largest brands and are committed to upskilling and progressing their employees allowing for excellent professional and personal growth. They have an excellent project pipeline and are looking to rapidly expand their business.


-Implementing SuccessFactors with a focus on Employee Central, but not necessarily limited to this module, to the client's specific business needs to the highest level of quality.

-Using SuccessFactors to provide a full implementation covering fundamental specs, design, configuration, testing and deployment.

-Ensure the client and its employees achieve best practise use of SuccessFactors through training/workshops and education.

-Discover bugs and manage customer alterations and enhancement desires.

Salary: £45,000 - £90,000 + benefits

Duration: Permanent

Location: Flexible/remote working (must be able to travel to client site)


-Experience in full end to end life cycles with SuccessFactors.

-Excellent stakeholder management skills.

-Excellent HR knowledge.

-Relevant SuccessFactors certifications.
