Job Description
SuccessFactors Talent Consultant required help the business scope and redesign their SuccessFactors deployment.
Role: SuccessFactors Talent Consultant
Start: ASAP
Location: Remote with some travel to West Midlands
Duration: 9 months initial
Rates: Circa £500 - £600 OUTSIDE IR35
The successful candidate:
- Certified in at least one SuccessFactors Talent module (RCM/RMK, Succession, PMGM)
- Minimum two end-to-end Talent implementations to date
- Previously worked on consulting partner/SI side delivering to end users
- Good stakeholder management/communication/business facing skills
