Technical Account Manager - Cyber Security, Customer Success, Client Engagement, Managed Detection Response, Threat Hunting, SIEM, SOC required to join one of the most exciting start-up managed security services companies in the world, that has recently gone through a huge round of investment, trebling in size in less than 12 months.

The Technical Account Manager will be tasked with engaging with multiple clients to help reduce the impact of security incidents and ensure that critical business operations continue unhindered. You will do this by owning the customer relationship and journey through their MSS experience by providing consistency, reliability, and repeatability in communication and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interface between the customer and operations
  • Maximize customer relationship by building a rapport and trust & confidence
  • Partner with Sales to identify opportunities to expand customer portfolio
  • Uses professional and technical concepts to advise on best security practices to apply to customer environments
