Job Description

Technical Support and Customer Manager required for a SaaS business based in Guildford. We need a passionate expert able to act as an advocate for the customer within our business to make sure that they always feel that they're getting the best service possible. In the Technical Customer Relationship Manager role you'll be key to driving service improvement plans and helping align our product line as we continue a high rate of growth both in the UK and Internationally.

Technical Support and Customer Manager:

Needs demonstrable Customer success experiences in similar Technical manager role

Wil have worked with Linux based systems

IP / VOIP experience helpful

Ability to manage and prioritise multiple client demands

Will be a good human to join our amazing team
