Job Description

Time & Attendance Business Change Lead be responsible for the local site Change and Training activity to support the successful implementation of a new Time and Attendance solution and SMART productivity tool.

Role: T&A Business Change lead

Start: ASAP

Location: Various UK sites

Duration: 6 months initial

Rates: £450 - £500 per day

Responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible and overall ownership of the Business Change plan and activities for multiple concurrent site deployments each at different phases
  • Deliver T&A train the trainer sessions, and support on-site trainers with training programme based on pre-defined training packs.
  • Deliver Site Expert training sessions for payroll. HR and resource planning based on pre-defined training pack
  • Deliver the communication plan for each site making sure all stakeholders are identified.
  • Working with central and operational resource to embed changes within the business.
  • Ensuring processes, procedures and practices are identified and embedded to achieve change and adoption
  • Encourage and motivate them to embrace the change to realise the benefits.
  • Identity and establish site training plan and ensure all training is delivered as required
  • Develop training material to support training plan including training delivery
  • Contribute to lessons learnt and sharing of knowledge centrally with other deployment teams
  • Identify areas of opportunity to improve performance or best practice
  • Excellent problem solving/innovative thinking skills
  • Responsible for site change impact assessments and benefits realisation
  • UK site travel

Required skills:

  • 5+ years of Business Change experience
  • Relevant Business Change best practice and qualifications
  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Flexible and adaptable
