Job Description

Role: Transformation Lead - TOM & OD

Contract Length: 12 months

IR35: Outside

Location: London / WFH

Day Rate: Market Rate ( negotiable for the right candidate)

Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Ensure a consistent process and approach to TOM/OD and organisational change is in place and being used across the program
  • Work with the Finance Leadership Team to produce and implement the Finance TOM/OD for a first wave of transition
  • Responsible for program and workstream reporting (coordinating where necessary) relating to TOM/OD and organisational changes
  • Coordinate with market People teams to ensure smooth transition and transformation to new TOM/ODs
  • Coordinate with 3rd parties engaged by the program to support design and delivery of the program including defining and managing any handoffs from the TOM/OD work and organisational changes
  • Ensure the smooth delivery of any people and organisational changes through to stabilisation and the cutover to business as usual

Essential Skills:

  • Strong practical experience of developing and implementing new target operating models and organisational designs across multiple functional areas and markets globally; solid working knowledge of the financial implications of organisational design changes
  • Significant experience in transformation working on relevant disciplines, business experience a further advantage; able to manage people and process change in complex program and business environments
  • Experience of designing and establishing captive hubs and other organisational models such as business process outsourcing, build operate transfer (process incubation)
  • Experience within the media/publishing industry is strongly preferred
  • Multiple years' experience as a People Business Partner to functional areas within a media or similar organisation
