Role: User Researcher
Length: Until 30/09/22 initially - with a view to extend
Location: Hybrid / Travel to London Office 2/3 days per week
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Pay Rate: £550 - £600 per day

One of my UK public sector clients are currently looking for a User Researcher. They are recruiting for a User Researcher join them on a hybrid basis - working out of one of their office based in London. This contract runs on for an initial engagement until the end of September - this does have a view to extend beyond this date.

They are interested in User Researchers with experience of working in an Agile environment amongst multi-disciplinary teams. Past experience of working within the public sector would be ideal, although this is not essential.

ACTIVE SC CLEARANCE IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE

Requirements:

• Analysis and synthesis. You understand how to apply basic techniques for the analysis of research data and synthesis of findings. You know how to involve your team in analysis and synthesis.
• Inclusive research. You understand the diversity of users of government services and the need to make services usable and accessible for everyone.
• Research skills. You understand and have experience of basic user research methods.
• Society and technology. You understand the social and technological context for government services. You can align user research activities to help your team understand changing user behaviour.
• User-centred and agile practices. You understand and have experience of a range of user-centred practices.
