Job Description

My client is a global management consulting firm focused on providing advanced analytics products and software to allow clients to scale big data analytics. They are a renowned brand who aims to simplify how advanced analytics is integrated into businesses, whilst providing valuable results and insights.

They are currently looking to take on VP of Analytics Consulting who will take on a dual role of managing a major global account while acting as an analytics SME to continuously maximise customer lifetime value (CLV) for their clients. This individual will have proven experience in driving the end-to-end deployment of a PMO (including the development, leading and closing of large-scale projects. You will have extensive experience running a P&L of min. $1 million.

Using your broad knowledge of analytics, you will be tasked with continuously identifying new areas where analytics can be adopted, whilst continuously optimizing current on-going projects. Whilst hands-on technical skills are not required, you must conceptually understand how data and a range of tools can be used to generate valuable insights and results. Your ability to maintain project deliverables will be vital to your success in this role.

From an account management perspective, you will be responsible for the overall performance, growing and development of your key account, including booking, revenue and contribution margin. You will possess exceptional client relationship management experience and continuously build and maintain long-term C-level relationships throughout the business. Your ability to successfully integrate analytics and collaborate with different product and service lines will be essential to winning new proposals and strengthening internal relationships.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience leading and closing large-scale analytics engagement projects
Extensive management consulting experience where you have managed key accounts
Direct P&L responsibility of c.$1million+
Strong analytics and analytics product knowledge, including the successful selling of analytics into top-tier client accounts
Experience being involved in the end-to-end deployment of a PMO
Extensive account management and C-level relationship management experience
Ideally strong experience of integrating analytics processes and products to optimize CLV and satisfaction

There are 2 roles available based in Chicago and Seattle respectively.
