VP of Sales Engineering - Start Up Security Vendor - Remote, US-Based

My client is a start up security vendor that has been recognized by Gartner as one of the top 20 security vendors to look out for in 2018. As they emerged from stealth mode last year, they are currently looking for a VP of Sales Engineering leader to join their leadership team.

You would have 2 direct reports to start and be expected to build out a team underneath yourself as the company continues to grow. You will be reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, who has a proven background scaling and growing four successful security start-ups.

He mentioned that his ideal candidate would be a seasoned SE leader with a background in network and network security who is comfortable helping the company define processes and has previous experience in a start up environment. This position will allow you to work remotely, though you will be expected to travel 40-60% when necessary.
