Web Applications & CITRIX Infrastructure Analyst

Our client is mid-size Asset Wealth manager/Private Banking. This role is responsible for the development and support of technology solutions to support critical business operations. Working in cooperation with the global IT department located in Liechtenstein, they are involved in a broad range of activities.

Web Applications & CITRIX Infrastructure Analyst responsibilities;

• Maintaining the high availability of core infrastructure applications and services, which includes web applications, application services for messaging (Skype, Exchange) monitoring (e.g. Solarwinds), patching (e.g. WSUS, REPO, SCCM), deploying updates, and supporting CITRIX and VMWARE desktops
• Telephone and desk-side end user support, including workstations, laptops, printers, telephones and mobile phones.
• Receive and handle email, telephone and walk-up requests for service, from internal and external customers, following agreed procedures.
• Perform security administration tasks, including providing access to IT resources.
• Complete IT daily checks.

Web Applications & CITRIX Infrastructure Analyst experience;

• Knowledge of managing common infrastructure applications and services e.g. Exchange, Skype, Solarwinds, SCCM.
• Have a firm grasp of core IT technical areas, including databases and SQL and of Windows operating systems.
• Some knowledge of server builds, support and upgrading in support of web applications hosting provision.
• Either has proven experience in supporting web applications and CITRIX services in a complex/demanding
• Carryout IT desktop computer deployments and moves.
