Workday Lead - Compensation & Benefits lead - Watford (Up to 50% remote)

A Globally recognised client is investing heavily into its Global Workday adoption with an aim to fully utilise the capability of Workday across all modules. To aid this adoption they are looking to further grow the existing collaborative Workday team.

If successful you will have the opportunity to learn new areas of Workday and work on an exciting global roadmap of Workday.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Workday Compensation & Benefits configuration, however since the team collaborate across Workday modules, if you have strong Workday Core HR Config and Workday Security experience and you are keen to learn, then the application is open to you too.

Lead the Workday Compensation & Benefits project inc Configuration
Play a key part in the global Payroll consolidation project.
Work across open enrolment config, benefits config and advanced compensation relating to bonus cycles.

Min of 3-5 years of Workday experience.
Strong Workday Configuration (any module).
Self-Starter with a passion for learning and working within a team.

Location: Watford- <50% remote
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £70,000-80,0000 + £6,000 car allowance + 15% bonus + benefits
