About the Role
We're seeking an accomplished Associate Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our European leadership team. In this pivotal role, you'll be a key financial business partner supporting strategic decision-making across our EMEA operations, helping shape the future of our growing pharmaceutical business.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the European Leadership Team to drive financial planning, budgeting, and strategic investments
- Lead financial modeling and analysis to optimize resource allocation and strategic decision-making
- Develop and present high-impact financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Collaborate with commercial teams on pricing strategies and sales performance tracking
- Drive process improvements and implement innovative financial reporting solutions
- Manage critical financial planning processes including forecasting, variance analysis, and P&L management
- Support major contract negotiations and financial risk assessment
- Ensure robust financial controls and compliance standards
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 7+ years of financial experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors
- Strong expertise in financial analysis, modeling, and GAAP principles
- Experience with ERP systems and data management (Oracle & Hyperion Planning experience is advantageous)
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present to executive stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional, culturally diverse teams
- Track record of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Role: Desktop Support Engineer
Length: 12+ month engagement
Location: Slough - 3/4 days per week

A well regarded client based are hiring for a Dayforce Consultant for a short-term advisory contract.
You will provide expert advisory services in the form of a comprehensive review and strategic roadmap for the current Dayforce suite. This is a short-term, contract-based position focused on evaluating the existing system, identifying areas for optimisation, and advising on the requirements necessary to support the next project phase.

Experience:
