One of my public sector clients are currently looking for a Product Owner to join their team on-site 5 days per week in their offices in Aldermaston. They are interested in Product Owners/Managers with experience of working in an Agile environment amongst multi-disciplinary teams. Past experience of working within the public sector would be ideal. Ideal candidate will also hold active SC clearance.
Essential Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a product-driven environment (preferably in technology, SaaS, or digital products)
- Proven experience in leading successful delivery of new products with a heavy content bias within a transformation programme
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centred design

- Demonstrated experience in creation of content strategies and content copy
- GDS experience/trained

* Proficient in industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profinet, EtherCAT, OPC-UA) and knowledgeable in industrial networks.
* Hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting and software debugging.
