The Role
As an EPM Consultant, you will:
- Work with clients to analyze and understand their existing processes, offering guidance on improvements and identifying tailored solutions.
- Configure and implement the Board software to address specific business challenges.
- Support clients through the entire project lifecycle, including process analysis, solution design, testing, training, and post-go-live optimization.
- Collaborate with project managers, solution architects, and consultants to ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients, either virtually or on-site, balancing in-office work (three days per week in Ternat) with remote work (two days per week).
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with the Board platform is essential.
- Previous consulting experience or work in EPM-related roles is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with financial and operational processes, such as budgeting, forecasting, or supply chain management, is a strong plus.
- Skills:

- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.

We are currently seeking a Freelance Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Consultant for an exciting project with a client in need of support with their ongoing D365 F&O implementation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and configuring Dynamics 365 F&O modules, with a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively with a project team.
Project Details:
- Project Duration: 6-12 months (with potential for extension)

- Work Location: Remote (with potential travel to client site for key milestones, depending on location and client needs)
- Client Industry: Manufacturing (with complex finance processes)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the configuration and customisation of the D365 Finance & Operations modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.) to meet the client's specific business requirements.
- Work closely with the client's project team to ensure the solution aligns with business processes and objectives.
- Support the client through the project phases, including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, and go-live.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of D365 F&O.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation phase.
- Assist with data migration activities, ensuring accurate and efficient data transition to D365 F&O.
- Provide ongoing support and optimisation after the initial go-live to ensure system performance and process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), particularly in Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing modules.
- Solid understanding of business processes and how they map to D365 F&O capabilities.
- Strong configuration and customisation skills in D365 F&O.
- Experience with data migration, testing, and training in D365 F&O projects.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with client stakeholders.
